Die First Peak 2025 Box enthält die ersten Stillweine aus dem neuen Jahrgang 2025: Orange (Bio) & Muskateller (Bio).

We are very excited to tell you about a new family member. Last year, we had the wish to experiment with an Orange for the first time. It is made from Grauburgunder, which was destemmed and fermented on the skins for five days.

What was really important to us: To make an Orange that still has the Nahe and GLOW GLOW identity. It is an elegant, dancing orange wine. A wonderful structure meets radiating energy. It reminds us a bit of Tarte au Citron meets Peach crumble with cream.

Muskateller 2025 is incredibly expressive and has a beautiful density. It smells of orange blossoms and elderflower and has a beautiful tension of tingly acidity and aromatics. It starts off crispy and zesty and finishes with the classical concentrated lychee feel. It reminds us a bit of the first vintage in 2019: The moment when you open the bottle, the whole rooms fills with the announcement of a wine that will capture all your attention. We hope you will feel the same!

Regarding the winemaking, we again worked with Maceration Carbonique for ten days. This time, we foot-stomped the grapes after opening the carbonic maceration vessels for a more phenolic structure and we love the result.
